The Family and Spain, Spain & Varnet have refused to allow Donald Young's roommate to re-enter the residence since 12-23-07 and has portrayed the room-mate as a vagrant who Donald took in off the street. The Room-mate has been denied the right to recover his property from the residence even as of this date. In addition Donald Young's father was omitted from his birth Certificate but included on his death certificate.
There is a host of new information coming to light through the Probate efforts of the Young family with the help of Obama friends, Spain, Spain & Varnet (the Chicago Law Firm representing James Wilson Young, the brother of Donald Young who Mrs. Norma Jean Young appointed as administrator of Donald's estate.)
The Young Family by James W. Young claims the Estate of Donald Young is valued at $30,000.00 in personal property and $170,000.00 in Real Property. Donald's former room-mate has filed a claim against the estate of Donald Young in the amount of $70,000.00

Dear Young Family:
As I had promised Lorraine, I am forwarding copies of the book, Barack Obama & Larry Sinclair: Cocaine, Sex, Lies & Murder? To each of you.
I have left repeated messages with Ms. Lorraine Young and James Young asking that Mrs. Norma Jean Young be notified I would like to speak with her concerning my statements that Barack Obama WAS involved in the murder of your son/brother Donald Young. It is my sincere desire to cause on independent investigation with no ties to the Chicago Police Department or Mayor Daly’s office.
I left a message on James W. Young’s answering machine this evening asking that he return my call. After reviewing the Cook County Circuit Court case file in The Estate of Donald Young, I have questions I would like to ask the family.
1. Why would James hire a Law firm with direct ties to Barack Obama to handle the estate of Donald?
2. Why would the family claim that Donald’s room-mate was not in essence his room-mate?
While I understand that some of the Young family are scared to talk at the same time others do not want to accept the fact that Barack Obama could have had anything to do with Donald’s death, I do not understand why when offered the opportunity to honor his memory and tell a very large sector of the public that he was a loving, caring and generous man (which I have learned from extensive research.) when the offer was made to do just that this past 12/23/09.
It is clear to me that some of the Young Family understands my intent here is to bring the person(s) responsible to justice. Yes I said person(s) and I continue to be convinced that one of those persons is one Barack Obama. Just as some of you do as well.
I have obtained a copy of the Probate case file and will be trying to contact (omitted by Larry) as well for comment. Please understand that I will contact a member of the Young family to give you the opportunity to respond to any statements made by (omitted by Larry) before publishing them.
One last question. I am interested in why on Donald’s birth certificate the father’s name was left off but the family felt the need to list Mr. Berry on the death certificate? Why?
I wish the Young family only the best and hope that somehow I can get to the truth as to who was responsible for his death and why.

My name is Lawrence (Larry) Sinclair and I wrote the book, Barack Obama & Larry Sinclair: Cocaine, Sex, Lies & Murder? A copy of the paperback edition is enclosed with this letter.
I have left repeated messages with your attorney xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx asking him to put you in contact with me. Mr. Crumpton has failed to return a single call.
Allow me to explain Mr. Bxxxxxxxx why I wish to speak with you. I personally believe that you possibly know more than you even realize in regards to Donald’s murder and I believe you know that Donald Young and Barack Obama were at one time involved in a sexual and emotional relationship.
It is also my belief that you may have personal knowledge as to calls Donald made prior to his death.
Today I contacted Det. McVicker of the Chicago PD to ask if he had spoken with you. He would not confirm nor deny that any interview had taken place. What did cause me some concern was the response when I had informed him I had located your address and would try to speak with you in the next day or two. He chuckled and stated “have fun trying to do that.”
I am sending you this letter via over-night express mail and respectfully ask that you call me as soon as you receive this package. You can call collect if you need to. You can reach me at 386-761-0606.

I received a call from the Chicago Attorney representing Donald Young's former room-mate this morning after leaving repeated messages for him to contact me. The Attorney representing Donald's room-mate will relay to his client my desire to speak with him.
