I have been ill for the past few days and only today felt well enough to go check my mail. In my mail box was a letter from Alvin L. Crummell, District Manager for Social Security Administration.
I have been ordered to appear at the Social Security Office "before January 14, 2010..." for, "...We need to review your SSI record in order to determine that you continue to be eligible to receive benefits."
I will appear at the office tomorrow, January 11, 2010 (the letter is dated January 8, 2010) with camera and digital voice recorder in hand. I will record the entire meeting which I have every right to do (and will do so for my own protection.)
I believe it is interesting that Social Security wants to now "review" the record when my physical condition has continued to worsen because Medicaid and University of Florida/Shands Jacksonville refuse to perform procedures requested by Doctors.
This "review" and letter is nothing more than an attempt to harass and intimidate me because I refuse to shut up and continue to push Barack Obama to come clean. This never ending harassment by the White House, DCCC and Obama idiots would have made a weaker person go postal already. Well the continued picking at this sore is only going to cause it to fester until the puss explodes. Keep picking!
These continued tactics for more than 2 years now should make people finally realize, I Larry Sinclair have been telling the TRUTH all along and the Obama administration and the DCCC know it.

Enough is enough. I went to Social Security today and finally the employee L. Boothe admitted that my disability was undergoing a re-determination review because the SSA was told I was working! The SSA was given full documentation of all Sinclair Publishing and the fact that I have not been paid a penny of income from book sales. In addition they were provided documentation demonstrating that not a single share of Sinclair Publishing is issued to me.
I went with both camera and voice recorder and was told that no recording or photos were allowed. I informed Debra Engram, Assistant District Manager and Alvin L. Crummell, District Manager that I wanted to record the interview. I spent more than 5 hours at Social Security office and made it clear I did not appreciate being harassed by SSA for political purposes (which this clearly was).

Today January 25, 2010 I returned to Social Security as instructed on 1-11-10. This morning Supervisor Lucy Cruz admitted that Social Security LIED in their letter dated January 8, 2010 and that SSA Employee Boothe LIED to my face during our meeting on 1-11-10.
Mrs. Cruz also admitted that I am being investigated based on "agency information" and that SSA will not provide me with any info as to what the allegations made are nor who made them. This is America where the accused has the right to know what they are accused of and by whom.

Please be advised that I am sending this letter to both of you since the Internal Revenue Service seems to have a problem recording the communication between me and them.
In April 2009 I was notified that the IRS had decided to re-calculate my 2008 Tax Return. I immediately informed the IRS that I did not agree with their calculations or their claims as to why they chose to recalculate my return.
In May I received yet another letter from the Internal Revenue Service (dated May 26, 2009) advising me the IRS had re-calculated my 2008 Tax return claiming I owed the IRS $1999.99. Again I notified the IRS I did not agree with its actions and that I found it highly suspicious that the Internal Revenue was attacking my 2008 Tax Return after I had been threatened for more than one year that “the IRS is going to fuck you harder than any 10 Mexican boyfriends ever could…” as well and repeated posting on the internet throughout 2008 and 2009 that the IRS had its instructions to make sure I paid for speaking out against Barack Obama.
I am sending this letter to you two men to make it clear that I do not respond well to threats and attempts to intimidate me. My Tax returns have not change over the years with the exception of the amount of income which I received in a given year.
I will not be told by the Internal Review Service that I owe unpaid taxes based on IRS employee’s (who the IRS has refused to identify) having taken my personal information that was posted on the internet after being obtained illegally and then tried to screw me through alleged audits based on political paybacks.
Not a single IRS official has met with me face to face to discuss these actions and claims. I notified the IRS that I do not agree with nor do I accept their findings are correct and that I would present my case before the Tax Court.
On December 24, 2009 I receive yet another notice from the Internal Revenue Service stating the IRS is about to “levy” certain assets belonging to me. In this same letter your agency states: “The law requires that you pay your tax at the time you file your return….” On that note I ask:
1.Have you, Mr. Timothy “Tax Cheat” Geithner, paid all your taxes at the time you filed your return?2.Have you, Mr. Timothy “Tax Cheat” Geithner paid all taxes including penalties and interest on income that you owed but rather than pay, you filed a form with the World Bank asking to be reimbursed those monies that you were supposed to pay in taxes but DID not pay. That Mr. Geithner is outright defrauding the World Bank and the IRS.3.Mr. Shulman and Mr. Geithner, has the Internal Revenue Service sent a single letter threatening to “levy” assets of New York Congressman Charlie Rangel for having failed to pay tax owed when he filed his false tax returns to this day? Has the IRS assessed a single penny in penalties and interest against the unpaid Taxes of Congressman Rangel; Timothy “Tax Cheat” Geithner; Labor Secretary Solis; Tom Daschle, et.al?Needless to say gentlemen, I have more than one year worth of documented threats that the IRS would come after me once Barack Obama was elected in retaliation for my standing up and exposing the wannabe man for the fraud that he is.
I stand behind my 2008 Tax Return, and state that it was completed properly in every single line.
I suggest the IRS and the Tax Court schedule whatever hearing is necessary as was requested more than 8 months ago, without any further delay.
In addition, be advised that I request the full name of the IRS employee who selected my return for review as well as the name and location of the IRS employee who performed the recalculation of my 2008 Tax Return. This being necessary to determine of the employee’s involved abused their position with the internal revenue service to bring about a review for personal reasons meant to attack, harass, and intimidate an American Citizen for exercising his freedom of speech.

The Tax laws of this Nation are applicable to ALL Americans, and when this agency enforces those laws against U.S. Treasury Secretary Timothy “Tax Cheat” Geithner; Congressman Charlie Rangel; Tom Daschle; Labor Secretary Solis; and HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius us regular folk may start to give you a little more benefit of the doubt.

I received a message just now from a friend telling me not to call them anymore because they have been contacted by the FBI repeatedly for more than a week now. The message was that they feel like their phone has been tapped. The FBI and Secret Service cannot come on your property or in your home unless you give them permission to do so (without a warrant), this was made perfectly clear to me by the U.S. Secret Service. Anyone that is contacted by the FBI or Secret Service needs to get their name directly off of their ID and should take pictures of them if they are on your property. In addition you should write down the location and phone number of what office they claim to be from and get their card. Forward them to me along with the LIC Plate number from their vehicle(s). Lets put a face on this harassment and intimidation.

Today I called the U.S. Secret Service because I found out even though they had stated they "would not" bother any of my family, they did. In fact the U.S. Secret Service showed up at my sisters home. I contacted Agent Keller to make it clear that I did not appreciate being lied to nor would I sit back and allow the U.S. Secret Service harass and intimidate my family members, and yes, simply going to the homes of my family members can be considered harassment and intimidation.
In the course of speaking with the Secret Service today I was amused to find out that FBI Special Agent Robert Henry/Henly of Laredo, Texas contacted them and offered to assist them in any way he could. My amusement came from the fact that even the Secret Service knew Agent Henly has been in direct contact with "your Internet enemies," and "is trying to put together something to present to the U.S. Attorney...." Agent Henly does not worry me, I know exactly who he is and what he is. See in this country our law enforcement officials are supposed to uphold the law, FBI Special Agent Henry/Henly of Laredo, Texas has not only violated the law, but has used his position in the FBI to attack citizens on the Internet and to assist in the threatening, harassment and intimidation of citizens.
In March 2007 SA Henry/Henly knowingly abused his authority and took the "COLORADO ONLY" warrant (that people have been beating me over the head with the past two + years) and asked the Laredo Police Department to back him up in pulling a massive gun's drawn raid on me and my home. It was a scene right out of the movies, I had noticed cars outside my home that didn't belong and notified my neighbors. I even called and reported them to the Laredo Police. While outside in my neighbors yard watching all the unmarked cars, my neighbor and I both saw Police cars coming from all directions (marked and unmarked) more than 60 in all. Then guys jumping out of cars with guns drawn ordering me to the ground, ordering my neighbor to the ground, etc....on a warrant from Colorado that even the Laredo Police admitted they told Agent Henly was valid in Colorado ONLY! The Laredo Police Department Detectives told me to remember "we are only here because we were ordered to give back up, this is an FBI operation NOT a Laredo Police operation." SA /HenryHenly is a liar and a fraud. Agent /HenryHenly is as corrupt as most Mexican Police on the border, he knows it and I know it.
It is good to know how Federal Agents are directly involved with the same individuals using the Internet to commit crimes against others. My message to agent Robert Henry/Henly, "Bring it, you have already been proven a liar and a fraud." Agent Henry/Henly coming forth and contacting the Secret Service offering his assistance is priceless and confirms alot for me.
In the meantime, the U.S. Secret Service has been notified that any further visits to my family members will be considered harassment as far as I am concerned. I called DC Secret Service Office this evening for answers as well... listen below....

A Laredo Texas FBI Agent has now been identified as being involved in the posting a false charges against me for the last 2 + years as well as being involved in the posting of a photo of my mother across the Internet in a "fake" sex ad! This people is being done by individuals who are supposed to be upholding the law.
I filed a complaint in 2007 against this FBI Agent who it is well known among Laredo residents is as dirty as they come for being on the payroll of some of Laredo's most notorious import/export families and local smuggling gangs that are made up of several Laredo Judges family members.
I find it interesting that I actually hold great respect for Law Enforcement personnel and always have, but when it comes to people like Robert Henry/Henly their is no respect for this dirty SOB. This man made claims to Laredo Police that even the Laredo Police Department knew where complete lies just to try and get in my house to look for something to help his other "employer." He failed at that and has now spent 2 + years engaging in illegal acts on the Internet with a bunch of other idiots trying to make a name for himself.
Anyone who is employed by any law enforcement agency that abuses that position and access for personal vendettas must always be exposed for what they are. Well I am exposing this piece of dog poop for what he is. I am waiting for a friend in Laredo to forward me a photo of the Agent so the whole world can see exactly who he is.
I have said it when it happened, that the hacking into the email and web accounts was connected with the FBI because they were the only agency that had been given the passwords to all of them. Today I was informed that Agent Robert Henly of the Laredo Texas FBI office called all investors in Sinclair Publishing and told them, "Larry forged a persons name to a Georgia Bank Account and we are going to prosecute him." This statement by Agent Henly is an outright LIE and a crime for him to do this.
This is a Texas FBI agent seeking to bring a warrant for my arrest (as he himself stated to at least one individual yesterday, February 11, 2010) for a nonexistent crime he claims took place in Georgia. The individual Agent Henly claims to be the victim in this matter has called every investor in Sinclair Publishing to make it known that Agent Henly is lying.
Today Agent Henly refused to speak to me by phone stating, "I don't care for your tactics of recording phone conversations..." I contacted both the San Antonio and Laredo Texas FBI offices to lodge complaints against Robert Henly. In addition I will be filing an in person complaint at a Florida FBI office next week.
Robert Henly has been exposed for being involved in the Internet attacks that have been waged against me for two plus years; and Robert Henly has been exposed for making out-right false statements while representing himself as operating in his capacity as a Federal Law Enforcement officer.
I spoke with the Agent in Charge of the Laredo FBI office and informed him I had nothing to hide and that Agent Henly was as dirty as they come and the FBI better start looking at him.
The actions of this FBI Agent makes a lot of things more clear for all of us who have watched the FBI refuse to prosecute individuals for crimes committed against myself and a number of of the people who follow this web site.

Robert R. Henly misrepresented himself to three individuals claiming his last name was "Henry" and even spelling it out for them. In addition, Agent Henly specifically asked individuals that he had called to "Please do not inform Larry that I called you."
Agent Henly asked one individual, "do you have a signed copy of his book that you could send me." Agent Henly engaged in conversations about his being 36 years old with one individual and even asked the individual, "Larry hates Obama's guts doesn't he?" The individuals contacted by Agent Henly were contacted because Henly "Illegally" obtained the "State Tax Registration Application" documents from BB&T of Sylvania, Georgia without consent from me or any other authorized agent of Sinclair Publishing, Inc or a warrant. BB&T Bank by providing the names and phone numbers of those listed on the Ownership/Relationship Section, which is not public record, has violated the law as well and I have spoken with a Georgia Attorney who will file legal action against BB&T for turning over copies of Sinclair Publishing Banking records without a warrant and without consent of the parties those bank records belong to.
The more information that comes in the clearer it is that Agent Robert R. Henly has committed criminal acts against several individuals and BB&T's turning over documents to Agent Henly without the rightful parties consent makes them legally liable as well.
Agent Henly used his cell phone to call each of these individuals rather than his office phone which would show on the receivers caller ID as FBI or US Govornment.
FYI Agent Henly: Your postion with the FBI will not protect you from the criminal acts you have committed nor will it protect you from the false, slanderous, statements you put out through your funkies known to us as the "cess pool". When you play in shit, odds are you will smell like shit.

Last week I posted how Laredo, Texas FBI Agent Robert R. Henly, 403 Grosbeak Street, Laredo, Texas 78045, was involved in "illegally" using FBI resources to provide information about myself and others to those idiots who have cyber stalked me and attacked me non-stop now for two + years. Today I spoke with the FBI and filed a formal complaint accusing Agent Henly of engaging in criminal activity. In addition, because Agent Henly told friends & associates "Larry forged an individuals name to a Georgia Bank account and I am going to prosecute him," I contacted the only Bank in Georgia that I have ever had any dealings with.
The Bank BB&T was contacted because the names and phone numbers of every individual that was contacted by Agent Robert Henly was obtained illegally by Henly. Below you can listen to the statement from BB&T making it perfectly clear the Bank has never made any such allegations; has not provided the FBI any information; has never received any warrant requesting any information; and more importantly, that there was/is NO fraud involved in the account once held with BB&T!
Robert Henly has used the resources of the FBI to obtain individuals cell phone numbers for the purpose of contacting them and making fraudulent representations to these individuals while claiming to be acting in his capacity as an FBI agent. That is a crime.

U.S. Secret Service Calls From Outside My Home: Secret Service Conducts 3+ Hours of Interrogations and Searches My Home Before Going To Talk To Neighbors Wednesday Evening (1-27-2010)

At 6:03 PM on Wednesday January 27, 2010 I received a phone call that I mistook for being a friend returning my call, instead it was a Special Agent with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security/U.S. Secret Service. After having been advised who the caller was I decided to record the call and ask him to again identify himself (recording above). It turned out the two Secret Service Agents were sitting in the parking lot directly in front of my home when they made the call and were watching me through the window the whole time.
Let me state from the very beginning, both Agents were polite, and professional the entire time they were inside my home. Upon entering the home Agent Andrews asked if he could look around to see if anyone else was in the residence and I gave him permission to do just that. The three of us then sat at the dinning room table at which time I was informed that the White House did not like being sent faxes. I then informed the agents that if the White House wanted the faxes to stop all they had to do was answer the questions publicly, but until that happened I would continue to submit them.
It was at this time that Agent Keller explained he and Agent Andrews had to conduct and interview and file a report which included the completion of what I thought to be an enormous amount of documents. I cooperated with the Agents (I had asked if the Agents minded if I recorded the interview, and I was asked politely to "please don't.") The Agents explained why they would prefer I not record the interview and I understood their reasoning and agreed not to record it.
The Documents that were being completed had "Preventative Protection" across the top of each and everyone of them. During the course of the interview I was asked if I wanted to see Obama killed, and I said "why would I want that, he is more useful to me alive."
The agents showed me documents that had been submitted to the U.S. Secret Service by the web sites the regulator and I then showed the agents pdf files of every post and comment ever posted by that site and a couple of others. Those sites are indeed being looked into because of their photo shopping photos to make them appear as threats against the "O".
I answered all the agents questions, including the one on exactly what it is I am trying to accomplish. I made it clear that I know exactly what the law is and I have not stepped over that line. When asked if I would continue to send Faxes and make calls to the White House, I responded, "You can bank on it!"
The Agents had in their possession copies of the photos I used for target practice of Michelle and Barack and faxed to the White House asking if is what Donald Young looked like when the had him killed. I explained that I am entitle to print any picture I choose to print to use for target practice and I chose those to ask the question that accompanied them.

Agent Andrews is sitting in the parking lot across from my home and will be following me if I should leave my home until Barack Obama & Joe Biden has left the Tampa, Florida area. Agent Andrews arrived at approx. 10:30 AM as I was returning from DMV and respectfully stated, "Larry, you were right, they want to make sure you are not planning on going to Tampa today." I have agreed not to photogragh the Agents face.
U.S. Secret Service Ordered to Follow Me Until Barack Obama Leaves Florida
My Baby sitter has finally left after Obama shut his mouth in Tampa. While one Secret Service Agent sat outside my home all morning/afternoon, another one was in my mothers home waking up a 69 year old ill woman who has nothing to do with what I say or write. Last night they even went to the homes of two of my neighbors asking questions.
However, to be fair to the Secret Service, all the agents who met with & watched me and my mother were polite and professional at all times.
The request that I stop faxing the WH however is denied.

I was reviewing the forms that the U.S. Secret Service had me sign when they came to my home Wednesday (1-27-2010) evening. While I had already told the agents they were free to look around my home, I was taken aback at the time noted on the "Consent to Search" form. These forms were produced at the end of our interview process and I found it interesting that at no time during the 3 plus hours was I ever informed that I did not have to meet with them. I have blackened out the agents first names.
In addition, I have faxed notification to the United States Secret Service that the Release Authorizations are as of January 30, 2010 revoked.

Perhaps the U.S. Department of Justice, HUD, Homeland Security and the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee could better serve this nation by investigating Barack Obama and his staff along with the individuals who have and continue to hack into email accounts and web sites on behalf of Barack Obama and the Dems.
All of the above mentioned departments continue to monitor this web sites posts as well as the Larry Sinclair For Congress 2010 campaign web site on a daily basis. What is it about me and my articles that scare you cowards so much? Could it be that you know everything I have said from the beginning is TRUE ?! I think so.
Maybe Eric Holder's DOJ should investigate Barack Obama's relationship and involvement with Donald Young and his murder!
As for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, keep watching all you want, there is nothing you can say about me that you haven't already said over the past two years and I am still standing. Look forward to seeing you in the Halls of Congress come January 2011!

It has been determined that the U.S. Department of Justice office that has been monitoring this web site is in fact the Chicago Office. Every single IP address from the DOJ is located in the Chicago, Illinois office. Calls to the Chicago DOJ Office requesting information as to who was monitoring this cite were met with claims "..we could not even begin to know what division of the DOJ is monitoring your site."

It is important to make something clear about the investigations conducted by the Social Security Administration.
1. The SSA has never accused me of any wrong doing.
2. The SSA has continuously been used as a pawn for harassment with the repeated filings of false reports accusing me of fraud by Internet cowards and political opponents. The SSA has never made any allegations against me.
3. The abuse of the SSA by nameless, faceless cowards is something that needs to be stopped.

Today is March 5, 2010 and neither the IRS or Treasury has found it necessary to respond. When the IRS fails to follow it's own regulation's and the law is it any wonder that people lash out at them? I do not believe anyone should engaged in physical attacks against any employee of the IRS, but I do believe people should publicly confront the abuses of the IRS itself. It is time that using the IRS to attack your critics stop.
