as former lover Donald Young in 2010
2010 has arrived, and with it comes the acknowledgement that Barack Obama will suffer the same fate as his murdered lover, Chicago Teacher & Church Choir Director Donald Young. The only question is, will it be by the same gun that killed Donald Young? I personally believe it will.
Sadly when this happens the media will portray Obama as a JFK rather than expose him as the fraud that he and his image truly are/were. But the media will only have itself to blame, for it is the media that has failed to report the truth about Barack Obama and his relationship with Donald Young; his use/sale of cocaine in 1999; and the abuse of power/official offices to protect the "Fairy Tale" that is known as Barack & Michelle Obama. Likewise it will be the same media that will refuse to report the gun used to kill Donald Young is the same one that brings the same fate to Barack Obama in 2010.
What is it that we as a nation feel it is okay for the media to distort and outright re-write the news? Why have we allowed the media to crucify one side while protecting the other from capital murder? And for what, so some egotistical street hustler can go down in history for something he never even accomplished????

Greta & FOX More Like MSNBC Everyday: Both Fail The American People!

Reporting half truths and only what one feels will promote their agenda rather than the whole story makes the likes of Malkin, O'Reilly, Hannity, Beck, FOX News, no different than MSNBC's Chris Matthews, Keith Olbermann, Rachel Maddow, etc....
I am sending Mr. Beck an email that will also be posted here. The reason being is that after watching Glenn Beck yesterday and viewing past shows, I believe it is only fair to call him on some "lies" he has told recently all in the interest of protecting his image. "Speak without fear..." but yet all of these media personalities continue to display fear and bias.
In the past two years I have learned something about the media that is undeniable: Most are so full of themselves that they intentionally refuse to report things just because their ego's were bruised by someone else.
Let it be known here and now by all, those Book reviews you read in the papers and magazines, they are nothing more than paid advertisements. I say this because 96% of the Book reviewers on the media list file I put up at http://www.larrysinclair.com require payment of money to write reviews!!! Even an Associated Press reporter admitted without a large payment to the AP you have no chance to get a book reviewed!
I encourage all of you to use the "Media List" above the Chavez cartoon and hold ALL of them accountable, not just one side or the other. From the Producers and Directors, to the Editors and Reporters. From those whose ego's are more important that reporting call them out. From Radio to Television to Print.

I wanted to tell you that the 1‐4‐2010 On The Record finally broached a subject on the Obama Care Bill that I have tried to get people like you to address for some time. In Griff Jenkins piece in Lincoln, NE the mother who stated that she is unable to go to the Doctors/Medical Clinics she needs to because they do not take Medicaid is just the tip of a larger issue the media (including On The Record) continues to ignore.
Not only will the estimated 20 million Americans to be added to Medicaid find it difficult to find Doctors to accept Medicaid, they will also find they must travel to other cities to have simple lab work done.
I know you do not listen to anything I send to you. But I am on Medicaid, and my own doctor tells me Medicaid tells him not to order medical procedures that I need. I have a torn left rotator cuff that requires me to see an orthopedic surgeon. Problem is, Medicaid requires me to travel from Port Orange (Daytona Beach, FL) some 300+ miles south to Miami because that is the only one Medicaid uses for patients in this area.
I hope you will actually start reporting these little facts the Senate and House and White House fail to mention. When Medicaid patients have to travel to other counties and cities to doctors, Medicaid transports more than 97% of those patients (either by medical shuttle services or cab companies), costs that no one talks about. With the proposed reduction in Medicaid payments to Doctors, even fewer doctors are going to be accepting Medicaid.

I have a question for you (even though I know you will not answer it). Why did you on June 18, 2008 on Greta wire link to a story from Politico’s Ben Smith saying “he has no credibility,” yet you interview and defend wealthy ex‐felons? So a former FBI agent who illegally uses databases to run checks on a citizen is credible and trustworthy?
You are a lawyer, and yes I know people say Obama is smart to not respond to my Public claims against him. But have you ever thought Obama and Axelrod’s silence might be more to keep from being exposed and me proven to be the one telling the truth?
As I said last year, you have the right to chose who you want to interview or not. But FOX (you, Hannity, O’Reilly, Beck, and that Obama promoter Shep Smith etc…) are no different than Keith Olbermann and Chris Matthews and Rachel Madcow. You only report what “you” think the American people should know. That is not “We report, you decide.”
I do know that you received the copy of the book I sent you. I also know that several of the people in that Book are friends of yours. But as I told you in D.C. on 5‐31‐08, I have no need to lie about anything, including myself or my past actions. But you took distorted and misrepresented claims provided to Ben Smith by a bunch of internet thugs, hackers, and Obama idiots and posted them on your site.
I hope you are solid enough to admit you were wrong when in the end it is demonstrated I have been telling the truth the whole time.
Hope you have a great New Year, and I do still catch On The Record now and then. Maybe one day you and your coworkers will start truly reporting the news and stop reporting just what you think people need to know. It is interesting to watch so many people talk about how people make mistakes and deserve second chances but then you misrepresent peoples past so you can get out of being honest with the American people yourselves.

On Christmas Day 2009 the President of the United States could not be disturbed when the "crotch Bomber" tried to blow up Northwest Airlines flight 253. In fact Barack Obama could not be notified of the bombing attempt for some three hours after the fact. Why? Who was Barack Obama doing that prevented him from being "disturbed" for three hours after the fact?
What White House boy toy, play pal was in Hawaii with Obama? Was it Reggie Love, Nick Colvin, Kal Penn or maybe one of Obama's old Frank Marshall Davis days play pals?
Lets not forget that Bill Clinton could not be "disturbed" with urgent National interest while he had his pants opened in the Oval office.
Barack Obama needs to explain what he was doing that required he NOT be disturbed when America was attacked on Christmas day, and who he was doing it with. Makes you think about Hillary's "3AM" ads again doesn't it!

Saturday, March 13, 2010 I had the pleasure of speaking with a respected Investigative Reporter in the DC area. This reporter did not take my claims against Barack Obama seriously for a while (and he explained to me why he wrote certain articles.) But on Saturday he made it clear to me that my allegations against Barack Obama were more on point than he had thought.
I have agreed to assist this DC reporter in any way that I can and I feel confident there are even more reporters out there who have reason to look at what I have stated and written in regards to Barack Obama and his closet ways.
This reporter is respected around the world for his inside sources and his ability to report the story while staying way from any one agenda.
We will see more in the future that I believe will also shine a light of vindication on me.

Patton Boggs Attorney Richard Oparil Places Order with Sinclair Publishing, Inc for copy of Sinclair's Book

Pursuant to section 607.1403, Florida Statutes, Sinclair Publishing, Inc has Dissolved its Incorporation effective June 29, 2010. Effective immediately as filed with the Internal Revenue Service, Sinclair Publishing, Inc has restructured as Lawrence W. Sinclair DBA Sinclair Publishing.
The Articles of Dissolution were signed today after Lawrence W. Sinclair gained control of 180 of SP, Inc total 200 shares of stock.
This action effectively makes Lawrence W. Sinclair and Sinclair Publishing one and the same.
Today as well Richard Oparil, counsel for Dan Parisi filed yet another factually false pleading in opposing a Motion for Extension of Time to File Answer and retain counsel. I will be filing a response to Mr. Oparil's "Opposition" and will request the Court instruct Mr. Oparil to cease his knowingly filing of factually false statements as to my past and strike the Factually flawed Ben Smith Politico article which was written as a favor to an attorney opposing Sinclair in a Federal Suit in this very court.
Mr. Oparil might want to know that My criminal past was disclosed to the New York Post; New York Times, Globe Magazine (which published it in their first article that hit newsstands in Feb 2008. My criminal past was not "uncovered and disclosed by Paul Levy or Public Citizen Litigation Group nor any of their Private Investigators." Mr. Oparil is trying to use the factually flawed Ben Smith article to deflect from Whitehouse.com's own publication on February 26, 2008 where they acknowledge the statements made against Dan Parisi being paid by David Axelrod to arrange a rigged polygraph with Edward Ira Gelb (which would mean Parisi's case was filed in excess of three (3) months past the Statute of Limitations (see screen shot of February 26, 2008 post from Whitehouse.com below).
Mr. Oparil has taken a page from Paul A. Levy in attacking me personally and repeating my past (as if I ever tried to hide them) in every pleading he files with the Court. Oparil might want to start filing factual pleadings rather than one's filled with out right lie after lie. I will be notifying the Court we have no problem providing documentation of our efforts to retain counsel as long as they are sealed by the court. Oparil has a client who likes to attack businesses, including attorneys who have any communication with me. Just as Parisi demanded and made threats in an attempt to get email communications between me and Gloria Allred in 2008.
Oparil received the Motion for Extension dated June 19, 2010 by email on June 20, 201 and said email and attached Motion "was read on Sun, 20 Jun 2010 12:27:14 -0400." Yet he filed a pleading with the court today claiming said motion was not filed until "June 29, 2010 the day after the answer was due."
Mr. Oparil has not yet filed a single pleading or allegations that he can support with facts, even his use of Ben Smiths article in todays pleading has been ripped apart over its factually false statements.
Lawrence Sinclair and Sinclair Publishing are now one and the same, so Mr. Oparil might wish to amend his complaint forthwith.

Today Larry Sinclair emailed Sinclair's Response to Opposition ( here) filed June 29, 2010 by Richard Oparil, counsel for Dan Parisi (here). Oparil filed his opposition to a Motion filed by Sinclair dated June 19, 2010 seeking 30 days additional to retain counsel and file an answer (here).
Mr. Oparil in his "opposition" cries he and his client are publicly being called liars; well if Mr. Oparil would not lie in his pleadings filed in black and white before the U.S. District Court he would not be called out on them. "Sinclair's Response to Opposition..." clearly demonstrates Richard Oparil's LIES!
Mr. Oparil has taken to repeating in each of his pleadings that Larry Sinclair "is a convicted criminal" as if that is going to somehow change the fact that Dan Parisi is a pornographer by his own admissions to the Associated Press, and Richard Oparil has LIED in written pleadings filed before the court as demonstrated in Sinclair's response.

Patton Boggs Attorney Richard Oparil Trying to Obtain Default Judgment through Force
After logging onto PACER today it became clear that all served Defendants (and SPI service is in question) have been given multiple extensions to file an answer while Oparil has repeatedly opposed any extension for me or SPI now known as Lawrence W. Sinclair d/b/a Sinclair Publishing. Oparil is not interested in the jury trial he and his client have demanded, but instead are attempting to obtain a default judgment by force.
Richard Oparil is almost as bad at misrepresenting the truth as his client Dan Parisi. Mr. Oparil, we have filed an answer (it may not be what you wanted, but it is an answer) to your false complaint, WE DENY ALL YOUR CLAIMS, how much more to the point of an answer can that be.
Contrary to the claims of Richard Oparil, we have not attempted to avoid this suit in anyway, we have repeatedly tried to defend against it.
Richard Oparil seems to think that because he and Dan Parisi say statements in the book are defamatory makes it so. Dan Parisi brought the suit, he now has to prove his claims and he will not do that.

In a pleading titled "Reply Memorandum In Support of Plaintiffs' Motion For Default Judgment Against Defendant Sinclair Publishing, Inc" Richard Oparil of Patton Boggs LLP claims that because the US District Court has not placed on the Docket Defendants Opposition To Plaintiffs' Motion for Default Judgment" we have not timely filed any opposition to it. "No opposition to the motion was timely filed by SPI," with this footnote: "...Sinclair served a purported opposition on July 21, 2010 by email and mail. However, the document has not appeared on the Courts docket and thus it was not timely filed."
In this same pleading Oparil goes on to claim we have not filed any answer to the complaint and that we dissolved our incorporation to avoid having to answer. "...given SPI's utter failure to answer the complaint and Sinclair's purported "dissolution" of SPI to avoid having to do so..." What part of I have dissolved SPI and restructured as d/b/a so I can defend against Parisi's completely false and frivolous suit did Richard Oparil not understand?
On August 4, author and former Florida congressional candidate Larry Sinclair was invited to discuss his allegations against President Barack Obama before a discussion group of members of the National Press Club in Washington, DC. Sinclair, who wrote a book titled, "Barack Obama & Larry Sinclair: Cocaine, Sex, Lies & Murder," is being sued for $30 million, along with his book distributor, and book sellers Books-a-Million, Barnes & Noble, and Amazon.com by one-time proprietor of the website Whitehouse.com, Dan Parisi who claims allegations in Sinclair's book are defamatory.
Sinclair believes the suit, using the services of the $600/hour law firm of Patton & Boggs, is being orchestrated with the backing of the Obama White House.
At an informal journalistic study group panel at the National Press Club held on August 4, a uniformed security guard was present during the three-hour dinner meeting with Sinclair. The action was, according to some long-serving members of the organization, unprecedented. At the conclusion of the meeting, the security guard and press club staff insisted Sinclair had to be escorted by security from the premises of the press club. Furthermore, an attempt by this editor to take a photograph of Sinclair in the public lobby for WMR was denied based on the orders of the National Press Club president, Alan Bjerga of Bloomberg News, and Bill McCarren, the general manager.

On August 4, 2010 I had been invited to speak at an informal group at the National Press Club. I accepted the invitation and conducted myself in the most polite and professional manner possible. Out of consideration to the NPC I did not post anything about my invitation. The President and GM of the National Press Club however decided to try and create a scene and went out of there way to attempt to embarrass me and the members of the NPC who extended the invitation.
I sent the President and GM of the National Press Club an email informing them I felt their behavior and actions were "childish and unprofessional." I informed them I had intentionally NOT announced my invitation in order to spare the NPC from being subjected to the same attacks they experienced in June 2008. At least in 2008 then NPC President held firm that the NPC did not engage in dictating who could or could not speak at the Club. Current NPC President Alan Bjerga might want to consider what the NPC is supposed to stand for.
Sadly, I know that Mr. Bjerga and NPC GM Bill McCarren will engage in the same type of childish and unprofessional behavior any time I am invited to the NPC.
August 4, 2010 was indeed a SAD day for the National Press Club.

I called the Washington Secret Service Office to give them an update on my address. When they Agents refused to provide their name I informed them I was not going to give my address information to just anyone, and then have my landlord harassed into not renting to me. I informed the Washington Office I will continue to update my information with Agent Keller since I know who I am talking with there. It should be noted that I am doing this out of cooperation as there is not a single legal mandate requiring me to provide the Secret Service and information of any kind.

I want to make it clear that at NO TIME were any of the Secret Service Agents intentionally rude or disrespectful yesterday. Yes they were somewhat high strung in the fact that they ordered me out of my vehicle and ordered me to put my hands on my head and the wall and held my hands on my head for a few minutes, but they were NOT at any time physically or verbally abusive or disrespectful.

Today I was pulled over by the US Secret Service after driving down Pennsylvania Ave looking for a parking space. I was ordered out of my vehicle, ordered to put my hands on my head then on the wall of the parking garage, I was searched as was my car. I was held on the street by 5 uniformed SS Agents until 2 plain clothes agents in a black SUV arrived.
I was asked why I went to the National Press Club; who invited me to the NPC and why. They wanted to know the addresses of where I had gone to look at renting. They gave me a phone number for the DC office telling me to call them and tell them its "Larry Sinclair, I am calling to update my address!" I was photographed on the street by four different agents and camera's as was my car and my Lic Plate. In addition the Secret Service tried to say there was... a warrant in Florida for my arrest which is completely untrue! When I was finally told I could go, the original agent who pulled me over told me he had to give me a ticket to justify stopping me to begin with. The agents with the exception of the brashness in ordering me out of my car and to put my hands on my head, were respectful from then on. Agents stated "you do know what this is about and you understand it is not going to be the last time this happens." US Secret Service Agent Tomezak (his handwriting is hard to read) Badge Number 1367 was the agent to first pull me over. He stated he knew my plate number by heart and my vehicle description. I know he was just doing what he was ordered to do, but when does this abuse and misuse of the Secret Service to harass people stop?

Saturday I received an email from the Attorneys for Ingram Content Group and Lightning Source, Inc. The below statement from that email says everything about Patton Boggs and Dan Parisi's purpose and intent from bring civil action against them. Their intent and purpose was to get the book Barack Obama & Larry Sinclair: Cocaine, Sex, Lies & Murder? out of distribution and production, they have accomplished that without having to prove a single thing in their complaint.
"Absent Ingram and Lightning Source being dismissed from the case with prejudice (and depending on the terms of that dismissal) or a settlement agreement between you and the plaintiff, Lightning Source and Ingram are not going to produce or distribute this title."
Sadly Patton Boggs & Dan Parisi will continue to get away with their legal thug tactics unless some attorney who has a backbone to stand up for what is right and not be intimidated by Patton Boggs and the Political threats/backlash comes forward.

Parisi Attorney Makes Threats On Phone & Asks For Book Copyright & Retraction To Make Suit Go Away!

On Thursday August 26, 2010 in a phone conversation with Richard Oparil, (Attorney for Dan Parisi) Mr. Oparil issued a THREAT to me: "if you refer to me as a thug or a liar again you will have far worse problems than Dan Parisi." Well Mr. Oparil, your pleadings speak for themselves and you continued use of Internet postings you know to be false makes you a LIAR. Now lets address the "Thug" issue.
In this phone conversation Mr. Oparil acknowledged that the portions of the book where I relay information provided to me is the truth as it was relayed to me. Mr. Oparil then told me I could not prove Parisi had any relationship with David Axelrod. I advised Mr. Oparil that I never said Parisi did or did not have a relationship with Axelrod: I simply told provided the information which was provided to me and verified by three other individuals (and the part of that information about Parisi putting a stop-payment on the check proved to be spot on.) Mr. Oparil wants to say I am not entitled to my "OPINION" but yet he files Internet posts as exhibits representing them to be factual. The people who made these posts have bragged about hacking peoples emails; illegally using law enforcement resources to run background checks; and posted photos of my mother in a slanderous Internet sex ad for harassment purposes. These individuals claim their posts are protected as "satire" yet Mr. Oparil files it with the court as FACT. So yes Mr. Oparil you are a hired Thug working for an Internet porn purveyor!
The best part is this. Parisi knows he can not prevail and Mr. Oparil knows it too. Not where the law is concerned anyway. Parisi by and through Richard Oparil offered to drop the suit in exchange for the following:
1. I transfer the copyright to Barack Obama & Larry Sinclair: Cocaine, Sex, Lies & Murder? to Dan Parisi and Whitehouse.com
2. I print a retraction stating the statements in the book "are knowingly false and defamatory."
3. I agree not to make any future disparaging or defamatory comments about Parisi and Whitehouse.com
I informed Mr. Oparil I would not under any circumstances make any statement that the book contained "knowingly false and defamatory" statements about his client because it doesn't. I did however tell Mr. Oparil I would be more than happy to issue a new edition of the book in which I would include a paragraph stating that "Dan Parisi in Feb 2008 refused to respond to requests for comment on the information provided me about him and David Axelrod but that Parisi has since stated the information is unture." I also pointed out that I would note the information on Parisi placing a stop-payment of the check was spot on and that it is my opinion the information provided about Parisi and Axelrod is accurate.
I also informed Mr. Oparil that his client is in breach of contract still to this day.
Bottom line is this: Parisi and Oparil know the only way they will prevail in this matter is to continue to pray I am not represented by counsel. That however will not matter shortly. I have finally figured out a way to make sure Parisi v Sinclair goes away. In the next couple of weeks you will all see this come to pass.
